The Roast Backpack - Black

The bag was purchased December 2025. By February 2026 the top handle tore off, bag was not used frequently and neither was it overpacked with anything heavy. They were contacted via email and the bag was dropped off on the 13th of March for repair or replacement. I have called multiple times since and the collection date has been changed just as frequently. I sent an email as I was very much tired of the run-a-round. Today is April 21st. No response from their telephone number, no response to the email and they are in possession of the bag. This is one of my worse experience with a vendor and Jamaica is known for the lack of customer service but this one takes the cake. I regret buying this bag and the most embarrassing thing is that it was purchased as a gift.

Quality it ok, however the finishing on the inside with the sewing could be better. Overall its a good product that I would recommend

Quality and look is amazing! But the best thing was I got it ahead of the expected delivery date(which I was not expecting)!

Bought it as a gift for someone and they absolutely loved it!!
