Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. Bresheh does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We are delighted to let you know that we deliver locally and internationally. Please note that you will be notified of the delivery time in your confirmation email. This applies to both domestic and international deliveries. 

To check on the status of orders, we ask that you send us a message responding to the email confirmation that you have received, and a member of the team will provide an update to you. If there are any delays to your order, one of our team members will notify you by the email address provided. 

Due to high volumes of orders, post service issues or any issues that are out of our control, you may experience a delay in shipping. All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in any such circumstances.

Local Domestic Rates and Estimates

Our local domestic rates and estimates are noted below:

  • ($2,000) Regular Jamaica Shipping (Kingston & St. Andrew only) notified of delivery on the confirmation email. 
  • ($2,400) Regular Jamaica Shipping (outside of Kingston & St. Andrew) notified of delivery on the confirmation email.

Local Delivery

Deliveries are generally made between 12 noon and 6PM on weekdays. Weekend deliveries are utilized in special cases and during peak seasons. We will contact you via email or text message with the contact details you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.

Studio Pickup

Studio pick up is NOT available at this time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via our integration with Fedex. As such, we can send to any country currently serviced by them.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping currently starts at US$70. Any duty or taxes upon receiving a package overseas shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GCT), which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bresheh is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order in 5 to 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@bresheh.com with your name and order number, and we will aim to rectify the issue.
