The delivery process was very stressful. I had to keep calling because the package was late, and it was a gift, so the delay was frustrating. However, the customer service rep, Patrice, was excellent professional, responsive, and always provided updates. The real issue was with the delivery company they use. In the end, the person loved the bag, so that part was great.

When I got my bag , the packaging was crumpled , wet and un presentable. I had to discard the initial packaging entirely and get something new to present the gift in. The gift papers were also crushed and wrinkled.

The bag is excellent, as it is my third purchase. However, I miss the original delivery bag. The current bag does look cheap and was torn at the top. The tissue was doing its own thing, so if that was to be a gift, it did not look presentable, unlike my first two purchases. Nevertheless, the bag itself is great.
